ABSTRACT & CONTEMPORARY ART GALLERY NYC
Where Abstraction Meets the Poetic and the Personal

Where Abstraction Meets the Poetic and the Personal

Arco Gallery stands among the few abstract and contemporary art galleries in NYC devoted to bridging emotion, form, and material. Located in SoHo, our by-appointment space offers an intimate encounter with works that explore the shifting territory between the abstract and the figurative. For us, abstraction is a sensibility—rhythm, color, and surface as carriers of meaning.

An Intimate Experience for Collectors

Acquiring art at Arco is a dialogue, not a transaction. Private viewings in our SoHo loft—or online consultations—allow collectors to look slowly, compare works, and consider placement with thoughtful guidance. Studio visits can be arranged when appropriate. This format encourages acquisitions that express individuality, free from market pressure.

Abstraction as a Broader Vision

While abstraction lies at the heart of our program, we also embrace artists who reimagine the figurative—using the body, architecture, or landscape as points of departure. These works share the same poetic impulse as pure abstraction: to reveal what lies beyond appearance, and to live with the viewer over time.
